Can I cancel my challenge and get a refund?
We offer a 14-day refund policy for initial purchases, under certain conditions.


Refund Eligibility for Initial Purchases

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:

  • The account is unused

  • No trades or actions have been taken

Refunds After the 14-Day Window

Refunds are not available after 14 days from the original purchase.


Forgot to Cancel Your Subscription?

If you receive a new, unused account because you forgot to cancel:

  • You have 72 hours to request a refund

  • After that, refund requests will not be accepted


Subscription Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time

  • Your account will stay active until the next billing day

Example: If you subscribe on January 5th, the account will remain active until February 5th, even if you cancel midway.

If you pass the Challenge before the billing cycle ends, you’ll still receive your Funded Account.

  • Canceled subscriptions are final – we cannot undo them

  • We cannot extend your account duration manually

  • Please make sure you're ready to close the account when your billing cycle ends before canceling
