Open Quantower and go to the Connectivity tab at the top-right of the platform. You should see dxFeed 4Prop listed.

- Make sure you're on the REAL tab.
- Enter the User ID and Password you received by email.

If you see a "Market Data Connection Closed" message:

- Double-check that your credentials are correct.
- Confirm you're connecting to the REAL server.
