Frequently asked questions about the transition
Can I switch my existing account to the new product?
No. Existing accounts stay on the original conditions. If you want the new structure, you would purchase a new challenge under the Beginner or Mid-Level type.
Will my old account's rules ever change?
No. The conditions you purchased under are honoured for the lifetime of that account.
I have an active funded account on the old product. Are my rewards affected?
No. Your reward share (60/70/80%), payout requirements, and all other conditions remain exactly as they were.
Can I have both an old-product account and a new-product account at the same time?
Yes, as long as you are within the maximum number of accounts allowed.
Where can I find help for my specific account?
If you purchased before June 15th, 2026, refer to the articles in the "Legacy (Old product)" section of this help center. If you purchased after that date, refer to the Beginner or Mid-Level challenge guides.
